Change your policy

Change of insurance details during a policy term

You must advise if there is any change to the drivers, usage, ownership, or the place where the car is normally kept. You must advise Dodo Insurance before making any modification to the car and obtain our written agreement. If you do not notify Dodo Insurance of changes, you may risk your policy being cancelled or a claim not paid. Call 1300 858 747 to update your details.

If you replace the car with another

When you permanently replace the car with a similar one, cover for the previous car ends at the same time. Your replacement car automatically has the same cover as this policy for 14 days from the purchase date, but not exceeding the market value or the purchase price, whichever is lower. Call 1300 858 747 with the details of the car you wish to insure and you'll be guided through the process.

Moved house or changed bank accounts?

If you have a new address or bank account, just call on 1300 858 747 and let the customer service team know the details you wish to update. To make it quick and easy, you won't need to fill in any forms.

Change of address

We'll need to know your new address and phone number, and where the car will be parked at night. This may affect your premium.

Change bank details

If you're paying by credit card, provide your new card number and expiry date. If you're paying by direct debit, provide your new BSB and account number. Make sure you allow time for the change to be made before your next premium is deducted.
