Easy Claims Process
Making a claim with Dodo Insurance is fast, simple and hassle-free. Don't believe in making you fill in lengthy, complicated insurance forms, which is why our customer-friendly claims system is often paperless and focused on giving you the best and fastest customer experience possible.
The claims team are available Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm (EST), and Saturday 8am - 2pm (EST).
Car Insurance Claims
To make a car insurance claim, simply call 1300 885 996 with your claim details and the friendly customer service staff will guide you through the process.
To help manage your claim as efficiently as possible, please try and have the following information ready when you call:
- Your Dodo Policy Number
- Details of all other cars involved
- Details of the accident
- Details for any other drivers involved
Home and Contents Claims
To make a Home and Contents Insurance claim, simply call 1800 611 422 with your claim details and the friendly customer service staff will guide you through the process.
- On the call, the claims team will determine any information that is needed to lodge your claim. At this point the team will determine if a claims assessor will be required to visit your home in order to further assess the details of the claim including repairs or replacements needed to complete the claims process.
